Self-awareness is being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and intentions before they act upon or reflect back upon ourselves. It's important that we are self-aware so we can understand why we do what we do and who we are connected to at a deeper level. Only then can we grow and change for the better.
Love is showing concern and having interest in another person's happiness and well-being. It's not just a nice idea that we should love one another; it's an obligation that we have as human beings.
